Information is right in front of us, whichever way we turn.

When one area in our life is under stress, it affects other areas of our life.

For example, you may have a migraine that has been lingering around for days.
It is affecting your sleep, work, family, productiveness or physically you unable to carry on doing what you were doing.
You feel you have no energy and depleted. So you take pain relief and push through.

Are you focusing on only one component?  What is the real cause of your migraine?
