How many times have you wanted to start something that you thought was important to you or make a difference in your life and you don’t get started, start and and give up, or you give up when it gets challenging?
One of the many reasons is lack of Motivation.
There are many different strategies you can use you to help you motivate yourself and stay motivated.
What works for one person may not work for you. Find what works for you. Explore ideas and take action.
1.Be clear on your “WHY”.
Taking action on what someone else thinks you should pursue is like climbing a mountain.
Taking action to achieve your goal is like going down a slide. Since your goal inspires you it will pull you towards it. It is a force of gravity.
2.Get motivation from people in your life.
Spend less time with negative people and surround yourself with people that will support you and motivate you.
3.Get the motivation from people you don’t know.
We live in a world today where there is so much available to us,blogs, newsletters, life coaches, mentors, a click of a button, a click on a
link, podcasts, videos, books, audio books. Find what works for you.
that lifts your mood, inspires you, shifts your energy.
What works for me is upbeat music, anything from Bon Jovi, Nickel Back, Cher. Find the music that motivates you.
4.Stop beating yourself up.
So you stumble on a challenge and you feel you failed. From every failed experience lies a lesson.
“Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently” Henry Ford.
5.Be the best version of yourself.
Comparing yourself to others and their achievements will leave you feeling demotivated. This is your life, your path, your dream.
6.Are you caught in a rut?
Try new things. Step out of your box. Allow the uncertainty to create resilience.
7.Celebrate your wins.
Celebrating is not only at the end.
Reflect and celebrate every step of the way. Share your success with your friends.
It is your life, you are the driver, the steering wheel is in your hands.
Below are some well known quotes to motivate you and inspire.

Leave the situation or accept it, all else is madness” Elkhart Tolle.
