As the colder days slowly creep in, remaining inspired and centred is sometimes difficult.
Staying committed to promises we made to ourselves can slowly fade as the colder weather sets in.
I don’t know what it is about the winter days. For some people, it makes no difference; for others, it is like having a heavy blanket holding you down.
Perhaps the winter months were created to allow us to go within and work on ourselves.
